Thank you for considering Waskowitz for your next outdoor adventure, retreat, or special event!
Located just 30 miles east of Seattle — tucked into the heart of the Cascade Mountains and alongside the beautiful South Fork of the Snoqualmie River — Waskowitz offers a one-of-a-kind setting for groups looking to unplug, connect, and experience the outdoors together.
Our historic campus, originally built as a CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) camp, sits on over 300 acres of forested trails and open space. With cozy cabins that can sleep up to 150 guests, outdoor shelters, a fully finished barn, and a seasonal pool, Waskowitz provides the perfect backdrop for building community and creating memories.
When Can You Rent?
Waskowitz is a working Outdoor Education Center. We host 4th and 5th grade programs during the school year. We are available for retreats, overnights, and day-use rentals by appointment only. Rentals are available:
- Weekends (September–June)
- Weekdays & longer stays (June–August)

Rental Rates
Our pricing is designed to be flexible — based on your group size and needs.
Facility Use Fee
$500 per day — applies to all day-use and overnight rentals.

Day-use groups are charged $25 per person.
Meal Service (Per Person, Per Meal)
A 50-person minimum applies for meal service. Meals are served in our Dining Hall and prepared by Waskowitz kitchen staff.
Typical stays include:
- Dinner on your arrival night
- 3 meals per full day
- Breakfast before departure

Pool Use (Summer Only)
Our pool is available from June to September. Pool use is included in the daily facility fee — but groups must provide a certified lifeguard for all pool activities.
Pool Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sleeping Arrangements
- "H" shaped lodges are divided into cabins — each cabin sleeps 10-15 people with shared central bathrooms
- Most groups divide cabins by gender, but flexible configurations are welcome
- Bring your own bedding, including sleeping bag and pillow

Important Notes:
- No pets allowed on site.
- No alcohol or tobacco permitted (school property).
- Minimum group sizes vary depending on season and availability. Meal service requires a 50-person minimum.
